We have high street shops across Merseyside, Cheshire and North Wales and we strive to make each and every Claire House shop the best on the high street, creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

We are looking to recruit a Full-Time Superstore Manager, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday to lead a team of staff and volunteers in our Chester Superstore.

Relevant retail experience and a proactive approach is essential   You must be able to demonstrate  high standards and a strong drive to achieve results. You will be responsible for the store’s financial contribution to Claire House

The successful candidate will have commercial awareness experience in meeting targets and deadlines, dealing with financial figures and be ICT literate.

Excellent people supervisory/management, communication and customer service is a must as is the ability to plan and prioritise your workload.

It is essential that you  enjoy engaging with people and  have experience in recruiting, training and working with volunteers
