We are currently recruiting for a Full Time Assistant Relief Manager, this is a mobile role, working in different shops as required. The Relief Manager will help maximise shop sales and profits and is an integral role within the Claire House Retail Team, helping support our network of shops. The post holder will assist the Retail Leadership Team and Retail Shop Managers in the day to day running of a Claire House Charity shop.

You will work a 35 hours per week on variable rota over 7 days including weekends and bank/public holidays.

Relevant experience working within either a fashion environment or the charity sector is essential. Supervisory experience, working with volunteers or selling furniture would be advantageous. You will assist the Manager for achieving sales within the shop using best charity retail practice, creative flair, and an ability to lead by example.
