We’re looking for enthusiastic and motivated volunteers to help us improve our volunteer engagement at Claire House and to make sure our amazing volunteers have a wonderful experience with us.
As a Volunteer Service Assistant, you’ll be assigned a list of volunteers to call on an ad-hoc basis. It could be a simple check-in to see how they’re doing, an information update or we may want feedback about their roles, experiences or new projects we have coming up.
You’ll be given a briefing for your specific task as well as a questionnaire to log volunteers’ responses. Then all you need to do is spread the calls out as you see fit and report back to your Team Leader with your findings.
This role is remotely-based and can be done from the comfort of your own home. There’s no specific time commitment, just as and when you have an hour or two to spare!
We’ll provide you with all the information and training you need as well as ongoing support.
