I’m delighted to introduce the Claire House Children’s Hospice Quality Account for 2024-25. Our annual Quality Account sets out how we deliver our vision of being there for every child with a life-limiting or life threatening condition and supporting their families. This year, we have made significant strides in improving the quality of care and expanding our services.
