We are continually striving to improve, reach out to more children, young people and their families and encourage our staff to live to our values.
Our values were developed for our staff, by our staff, who had the opportunity to contribute to the values that they felt were most important for Claire House. Our values are lived out in the day-to-day work of our teams, are highly visible and embedded into many of our policies and processes.
