Remembering Claire

Today, we are remembering a special little girl, Claire Cain, on what would have been her 46th birthday.

Claire was the inspiration behind Claire House and her bright spirit and sense of fun lives on at the hospice. 

Claire House is now the “home from home” the Cains, and other determined families, always longed for. 

Mum Chris says: “It’s a very special place which gives families a choice to be together. The Claire House families are so well supported as a complete unit. When Claire was in hospital the staff were great but we couldn't all be together as a family.

“Claire would think Claire House was fabulous. She’d be thinking, ‘It’s all happening with my name over the door!’" 

We want to send lots of love to the Cain family and to let them know we are thinking of them today.
