Remembering Lily

Today, the family and friends of Lily Lammond have fundraised to fund a whole day of care at Claire House. 

Dad Andrew said: “In May after a very short illness, we lost our beautiful daughter to cancer. Lily was an amazing young woman who we adored and was the most selfless person you could meet. She liked the simple things in life and never let her illness get her down, even when she was in hospital.” 

Claire House supported Lily throughout her stay in hospital and arranged everything for Lily to be able to spend her last few days at home, which she wanted. 

Lily’s family and friends took part in the Wirral Coastal Walk this Summer to raise funds in her name for Claire House. 

“We did this for Lily as we were so proud of her fundraising in the past and want Lily to be just as proud of us as we were towards her.”
