The M2L Ultra is a unique 50-mile event that follows the Trans-Pennine Trail, the Manchester Ship Canal, and the River Mersey from Manchester to Liverpool. This heavily supported race offers Live Online GPS Tracking from GB Race Tracker, allowing family and friends to follow your progress throughout the day.

Runners will start at the Imperial War Museum (IWM North), located on the Manchester Ship Canal waterfront, at the heart of Manchester. The course is well-marked and fast, with a 14-hour cut-off, making it perfect for both seasoned ultra-runners aiming for a personal best and beginners looking to enter the world of ultra-running.
