Notice & availability
- Please give at least 4 weeks’ notice for requests involving events or talks.
- Support depends on availability and may be remote or provided by a volunteer.
- We can’t guarantee multiple people, long attendance, weekends, or peak times.
Talks
- We request that you give 4 weeks’ notice for presence at talks. Availability is not guaranteed and volunteers may attend in place of staff.
- If a talk isn’t possible, we may offer recorded or written materials instead, which can work very well & staff will talk you through options.
Your role as a fundraiser
You’re responsible for planning your activity, keeping it safe and legal, and returning funds to us within 4-6 weeks.
Conduct & respect
We ask that all communication is respectful. Support is always subject to capacity, and unreasonable or abusive behaviour may result in support being limited or withdrawn.
