How to pay in your fundraised money
Thank you for fundraising for Claire House. We’re so grateful for your support! Every penny you raise helps us provide care for seriously and terminally ill children and their families.
There are a few simple ways to pay in the money you’ve raised.
Important: let us know it's from you
Whichever way you choose to pay in, please include:
- Your name
- Your event or fundraising activity
- Your organisation or group (if applicable)
This ensures we can thank you properly and track the impact of your support.
Pay online
The easiest way to donate your fundraising money is online.
- Visit our donation page
- Select "one- off donation" and check the "This money has been fundraised" box
- Add a note to say it’s from your fundraising activity (e.g. event name or organisation)
This helps us make sure your money is recorded correctly.
Pay over the phone
You can make a payment by calling our team:
Our team will take your donation securely and make sure it’s linked to your fundraising.
Pay by cheque
You can send a cheque made payable to Claire House to:

Pay in cash
If you’ve collected cash, you can pay it in at our Wirral hospice

When to pay in your fundraising
We ask that all funds are returned to us within 4–6 weeks of your event or activity
