A gift in your Will can make sure that Claire House is always here for families that need us in the future. It is a special way to continue to support the charity that is close to your heart. We are very grateful for the support you give us today, but if you decide to include a gift for Claire House in your Will, you can support our future too.

These vital gifts already make a huge difference here at Claire House. 3 in 10 children we care for are funded by gifts in Wills.Every gift in every Will can make a positive difference. It is what all of these gifts achieve together each year that makes them so important and so appreciated.

The sad fact is, the number of seriously and terminally ill children needing our services is rising every year and by 2030 we’re expecting to be caring for around 30% more children. So it’s clear we’re going to need even more support from our local community in the years ahead.

This is hospice care. It’s everything you’d expect and everything you wouldn’t. Every gift in every Will can make a difference for babies, children, young adults and the families that we care for, right when they need it most. 

A specific cash amount or a percentage gift in your Will of any size; 1%, 100% or anything in between can help hospice care live on, for all, for now, forever.

Including a gift in your Will is easier than you may think

Think about the family, friends, and charities you’d like to remember in your Will. If you are thinking of including a gift to Claire House in your Will, we thank you for considering us for your special gift.

Once you have decided on the type of gifts you would like to include, your solicitor may ask you for our charity details to write your gift in to your Will.

Using our registered charity number/and address details ensures your gift will come to us correctly.

Writing or updating your Will to include a gift to Claire House doesn’t have to be complicated or costly, especially if you use one of our respected free Will writing services. We’ve partnered with the National Free Wills Network and Octopus Legacy to make writing or updating your will even easier.
