We are now looking for an experienced retail professional with multi-site management expertise—whether from mainstream retail or the charity sector—to join us in delivering real impact across Liverpool, North Wales and Cheshire.
What you’ll do:
As our Business Development Manager, you’ll work hand-in-hand with our Head of Retail to:
- Drive performance across a portfolio of Claire House shops
- Maximise sales and profitability while keeping our mission front and centre
- Lead and inspire shop teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Ensure retail excellence through strategic planning, innovation, and hands-on support
- Uphold the highest standards of legal compliance, health & safety, and operational procedures
Who we’re looking for:
You're a natural leader who thrives on motivating others and improving performance. You have a proven track record in retail management across multiple sites and are ready to step up to a role where no two days are the same. Whether you've worked in the charity retail world or commercial high street retail, you bring:
- A commercial mindset with a heart for community
- Strong people management and mentoring skills
- The flexibility to travel across Liverpool, North Wales and Cheshire
- The ability to spot opportunities, solve problems, and get results
