Care Services Administrator (Band 4)
What we’re looking for
- Strong administration experience in an office, healthcare or similar setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly, polite and approachable manner
- Confident using IT systems, including Word, Excel and databases
- Able to prioritise effectively, manage time well, meet deadlines and stay organised in a busy and varied role
- Hardworking, proactive and solution-focused, with the ability to use initiative, problem-solve and work well under pressure
- Confident supporting referrals, family journeys, systems, meetings, bookings and data/reporting while delivering a welcoming and family-centred service
