What We’re Looking For
You will be someone who thrives in a dynamic environment — able to prioritise, remain calm under pressure, and maintain excellent organisational skills. You’ll bring strong time‑management skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.

- Skilled in rostering, bed management, and day‑to‑day operational oversight
- Knowledge of complex care and the ability to work autonomously
- Adaptable, proactive, and able to work in partnership with internal and external teams
- Understanding of HR practices and excellent people‑management skills
- Ability to lead service development and contribute to strategic thinking
