Lottery Support Volunteer
Help us give our lottery supporters a warm Claire House welcome.
Are you a people person who enjoys a chat and loves making others feel appreciated? Join our friendly Lottery Team and help us thank the amazing supporters who play the Claire House Lottery.
As a Lottery Support Volunteer, you'll make welcome calls to new lottery players, helping them feel valued and connected to the difference they're making for local children and families.
What you'll be doing:
- Calling new lottery supporters to say thank you
- Checking they've received their welcome pack and information
- Answering any simple questions they may have
- Recording call notes on a spreadsheet
- Helping us provide great supporter care
This is a lovely role for someone who enjoys talking to people and wants to make a difference from behind the scenes. Every call helps build strong relationships with the supporters who help fund vital care at Claire House.
Location: Hospice or Admin Office
Time commitment: Flexible. Generally a weekly commitment of 2-3 hours.
No previous experience is needed. We'll provide all the training and support you need, and you'll be part of a friendly team making a real difference. We just need you to be friendly, approachable, confident on the telephone, comfortable with IT and committed.
