Volunteer Receptionist (Liverpool)
We’re looking for friendly volunteers to join us at Claire House Children’s Hospice in Liverpool. You’ll be the first smile visitors see when they walk through the door – and trust us, that smile means a lot!
What will you do?
- Welcome visitors and help them feel at home
- Keep the sign-in book up to date
- Make refreshments
- Help set up rooms and tidy up afterwards
- Keep supplies topped up
- Support with administrative tasks
🕒 When?
📅 Thursdays and Fridays
⏰ Choose a slot: 9:30am–1pm or 1pm–4pm

What we’re looking for:

✅ Happy to help with different tasks
💪 Comfortable working on your own and using your initiative
💻 Confident using basic IT for admin tasks (e.g., email, checking room bookings)
