The wonderful team at Land of Beds recently took on a pretty tough challenge, and we are thrilled to announce their fantastic fundraising achievement!

Picture this: a 15-kilometre run through mud-soaked terrain, dotted with 31 gruelling obstacles. It may sound like a scene from an action movie, but for the Land of Beds team, it was a reality! They tackled the Tough Mudder event with determination, grit, and an unwavering commitment to the cause. And the result? A staggering £4,475 was raised in support of Claire House!

The Land of Beds Team Takes on Tough Mudder

Tough Mudder is no ordinary run. It’s a test of physical strength, mental resilience, and teamwork. Participants battle through mud pits, climb towering walls, and navigate electrifying challenges—all while covered head to toe in glorious muck.

This year, a group of Land of Beds staff decided to take on this challenge not just for the thrill of it but also to make a difference in the lives of children and families who rely on Claire House Children’s Hospice.

The fundraising success

The Land of Beds team’s determination and commitment to Claire House Children’s Hospice shone brightly as they embarked on their Tough Mudder adventure. Friends, family, and well-wishers rallied behind them, offering support, encouragement, and generous donations.

Thanks to their tremendous efforts and the generosity of their supporters, the Land of Beds team raised a fantastic £4,475! This contribution will go a long way in helping Claire House provide vital care and support to seriously ill children and their families.
