We’re looking for volunteers to support our Finance Team with cash counting and recording donations. You’ll use specialised equipment to count donations and record information of total amounts.
You’ll play an important part of our supporters’ experience, making sure they receive a heartfelt thank you from Claire House containing their total amount.
You’ll work in a team of two and will pass on information to our finance assistant at the end of each session.
We’re looking for volunteers who are friendly, approachable and organised. You’ll need great communication skills, good time management and excellent numeracy skills.
Time: Thursdays, once or twice a month for 2-3 hours (depending on the amount of cash to be counted)
Location: Fundraising Building, Claire House Children’s Hospice, Clatterbridge Road, Bebington, Wirral, CH63 4JD
Requirements: we’ll need you to complete an application form, provide two referees and to attend an informal interview.
