We are currently recruiting for two, full time Assistant Superstore Manager’s in our new Great Homer Street shop to support the Superstore Manager in the day to day operation and to lead a team of volunteers.
You will work a 35 hours per week on variable rota over 7 days including weekends and bank/public holidays.
Relevant experience working within either a fashion environment or the charity sector is essential. Supervisory experience, working with volunteers or selling furniture would be advantageous. You will assist the Superstore Manager for achieving sales within the shop using best charity retail practice, creative flair, and an ability to lead by example.
